Salary: Up to £34,000 DOE

Position Overview
A rapidly expanding organization is seeking a Logistics Specialist to manage and support global operations. This position involves coordinating logistics activities and ensuring efficient processes from order placement to final delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage logistics for international shipments and services.
• Oversee the entire logistics workflow, including material handling, documentation, and billing.
• Accurately process customer orders within the system.
• Provide pricing estimates and quotes to internal and external stakeholders.
• Efficiently allocate resources and materials to meet operational needs.
• Prepare and manage shipment documentation to ensure smooth transit.
• Monitor shipments, communicate timelines, and resolve any issues that arise.
• Promptly and accurately invoice completed projects.
• Collaborate with the supply chain team to maintain timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems for data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a logistics coordination or similar role, with a preference for global logistics experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate, solve problems, and make informed decisions.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
