About the role

If so, join Woodley Trial Solutions as a Project Manager and make a real impact in the Clinical Trial industry by helping bring new medicines to market. Monday to Friday, just 37.5 hours a week, no weekends or evenings.
You'll manage key clients' trials, ensuring timelines and budgets are met with high levels of customer service. Coordinate across teams to keep clinical studies on track, liaise with purchasing, logistics, and the warehouse to ensure seamless operations. Your role is vital to our success, requiring efficiency, organisation, accuracy, and the ability to thrive in a busy environment.
What does a Project Manager do?
In this role, you'll oversee clinical trial equipment projects, including budget and stock management.
You'll be the first point of contact for all your clients needs: providing support on clinical studies; preparing status reports; and deliver top-notch customer service from start to finish.
Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring resource availability is crucial, as is comprehensive documentation and tracking. You'll meet with team members to identify and resolve issues while enhancing sales and the customer experience through the ongoing support you'll provide.
Key Skills
- Experience in the CRO/pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is preferred although not essential
- You must have excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to prioritise and multitask

- Problem-solving and diplomatic skills are essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other IT systems is a must. Woodley use Salesforce and a purpose-built ERP system which you will be thoroughly trained on
