Role Profile

Are you a Procurement Manager / Category Manager with experience in non-residential construction?

Key responsibilities include:

• Taking full commercial ownership for the non-residential construction category
• Developing and implementing appropriate procurement strategies
• Leading sourcing and tendering activities to contract award
• Managing strategic supplier relationships, undertaking performance / contract management with key suppliers
• Building and maintaining robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven Procurement experience within non-residential construction sector
• Tendering and contracting experience
• Good understanding of FAC and NEC contract forms
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Honed stakeholder management skills
• Strong commercial acumen
