We’ve won the RDLC's Best Marketing Team Award!

Our move to an inbound and social method of recruitment has been noticed by the 250-member Recruitment Directors Lunch Club (RDLC), who awarded us with Best Marketing Team at their 2019 Awards Lunch on Friday 19th January.

This is what our Managing Director, Wayne Brophy, had to say about the Best Marketing Team award:

“It’s great to see our marketing team’s efforts recognised by our recruitment industry peers. The recruitment landscape is changing - clients are now as aware as candidates of the need to promote themselves online effectively. Yet it can be difficult to do so, especially if their networks aren’t well established.

Our marketing team has helped bring to life the USPs of our clients and candidates online, with a mix of engaging ads, posts and videos - many of which have been viewed thousands of times.
