Welcoming our latest recruits to Team Orange
This month we have the pleasure of welcoming not only 3 fantastic new starters to our UK team but another new addition to team orange in the USA.
Hollie Bees is the newest executive to join our client development team, where she will work closely with clients to build strong and long-lasting relationships. Hollie previous experience was working in the Logistics and Transport industry for many years. This experience has helped her greatly in her new position with us at Cast as we regularly recruit C-suite professionals for jobs within these industries. A fun fact about Hollie: Before entering the corporate world, Hollie was a WTA world-ranked tennis player.
Corall Tomalin also joined us in Quarter 1 and is the newest consultant to join our Logistics team, where she recruits for the Northwest Area. Previously, Corall had a very versatile role that saw her working in areas of recruitment, general sales, and admin. This experience stands her in good stead when working with Cast where every day is different, with a strong people, sales, and recruitment focus. Outside of work, one of Corall’s biggest achievements was completing the National 3 Peaks Challenge, September 2021, in under 24 hours.
The final addition to the UK team in March is Jordan Croft. Jordan has joined the Logistics team as a consultant, with a focus on the South of England. Apart from completing a degree in Graphic Design, Jordan has also previously worked in hospitality where he gained invaluable experience in working with the public, where customer service comes first. There is no doubt Jordan’s unrivalled people skills and strong personality will be a huge asset to him in hid recruitment career.
In addition to our three new UK team members, Scott Naylor has joined our Cast USA team. Scott is a Managing Partner, recruiting the Atlanta, GA area. Prior to joining team orange, Scott worked as a Senior Account Manager, maintaining consistent and successful relationships with clients from all over North America. Scott’s experiences working in account development means his strong relationship building abilities will not go unnoticed, If Scott couldn’t get any more perfect for his role, he shares a birthday with the USA itself - Happy July 4th!
