Cast UK welcome 3 new hires and 1 promotion

Ben Oliver Campbell joins our Procurement team as Principal Consultant, focusing specifically on Interim Procurement recruitment within the Manufacturing and Engineering, Professional Services, Public Sector, Pharma, and Energy sectors. Ben is a highly-experienced recruiter having spent the past 4 years in professional level recruitment following his earlier career as a Quantity Surveyor. Joining our retail team is Charlie Lambert who specialises in recruiting Buying, Merchandising and Design roles across London and the South East. Charlie brings 5 years of both retail and design experience to the team and an invaluable understanding of the industry that her clients operate in. Expanding our new Business Change and Transformation team is the appointment of Ben Smith who joins us with 18 months’ experience in Change and Transformation and IT recruitment.  Ben will focus specifically on contract and interim Business Change and Transformation roles within the Retail and FMCG sectors. Also joining our Business Change and Transformation team is Rowan Kimmins, who has been promoted internally to consultant level from his role as Business Support Executive. Rowan started with Cast UK in August 2016 as our first apprentice so his knowledge of our systems is second to none and he has grasped a deep understanding of the recruitment process very quickly. In his new role, Rowan focuses specifically on recruiting Interim Change & Transformation professionals in the Logistics sector.
