Announcing our Orange Award Winners for 2018!
So, the Friday before Christmas was a big day at Cast UK, our eagerly anticipated Annual Presentation & Orange Awards. As you may already know, our Orange Awards are hotly contested and 2018’s was no exception!Prior to the big awards announcement, amongst the Christmas celebrations, drinks & nibbles, our MD Wayne Brophy gave his traditional annual presentation, an overview of 2018 and an outline of plans for the year to come.
“It has been another good year for Cast UK, but with Brexit looming we cannot afford to rest on our laurels. The last twelve months have seen our Edge and Reach products have some amazing success in the marketplace. Looking forward we have new products in the pipeline for 2019 to build on this success and maintain forward momentum”
Wayne commented.
“It’s important that we understand our clients’ needs & recruitment pain-points and respond accordingly, to help them keep ahead of their competition. We have put a lot of work into innovating these new ideas and we are excited to launch them later this year. As a specialist recruitment consultancy, we simply have to innovate to stay ahead of the game.”
Finishing off the year on a high, the winners of the 2018 Orange Awards were also announced. This year the competition to win an Orange Award Oscar and Selfridges vouchers was very close in all categories, so a massive congratulations to Kieron who won “Best Newcomer of the Year”, Aimee, who for an unprecedented 3rd year running won “Consultants’ Consultant of the Year”, and Matt, who won both “Manager of the Year” and “Employee of the Year” in his first double. 
Gary Robinson, Sales Director, congratulated the Orange Award winners:
“It takes a hell of a lot of hard work, effort and talent to win an Orange Award, so our winners should feel very proud of themselves. They are a credit both to themselves and to Cast UK.”
