That requires a different set of communication skills, so being able to demonstrate this ability will be of great benefit to you.
While much of the work of the regional HR manager is carried out at a regional HQ or the main business headquarters, it is likely that you will need to travel to various locations regularly to ensure that HR policies are implemented correctly and that site HR managers are following the company’s strategy.

The main settlement of Moray, Elgin, is a reasonably large town by northern Scottish standards, with around 25,000 inhabitants, and is the main centre of employment in the County of Moray. Anyone looking for Regional HR Manager positions in this county should look to Elgin first, but also Inverness. Aberdeen is about 90 minutes’ drive from the heart of Moray, too, so could be a commuter’s option.
