Customer service/Logistics Administrator - South Manchester

An experienced Administrator with knowledge of ERP systems.

Our client is a high-volume FMCG supplier that is growing rapidly across Europe and Rest of the World. Focusing on exceptional service and speed, the business is at the forefront of an expanding and future proof market. The role is Monday to Friday typical office hours and our client offers a flexible approach to working hours to accommodate travel etc.

What you'll be doing:
- Overseeing all administrative tasks
- End to end sales and order processing tasks
- Tracking current orders throughout their delivery routes
- Day to day customer service, including keeping in contact with customers regarding delivery of their orders and resolving any issues or queries
What we need from you:
- Great administrative skills and ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly
- Experience of using SAP or similar ERP system
- Organised with attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service
- Proficient IT skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Time management and an ability to plan and organise own workload
- Self-motivated with an ability to work under pressure and use initiative
