Location: Leicester
£60,000 per annum Bonus Benefits
Are you a Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) leader looking for a role where you can drive real change? My client is looking for an experienced HSE Manager to shape safety culture, ensure compliance, and lead sustainability initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
In this key leadership position, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing & implementing the HSE strategy across the business
- Driving ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 certification and best practices
- Embedding a positive HSE culture at all levels of the organisation
- Monitoring & reporting on safety and environmental performance
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, fire, and environmental regulations
- Leading sustainability initiatives, working towards a zero-landfill future
What They're Looking For
✔ NEBOSH Diploma & IEMA qualified (or equivalent)
✔ 5 years of HSE leadership experience
✔ Strong communication & stakeholder engagement skills
✔ Knowledge of COSHH, risk management, and compliance
✔ Ability to drive cultural change from dependent to interdependent teams
