We are open to speaking with Supervisors and Coordinators from Warehouse and Operations backgrounds who want to build a career in Health & Safety. If you have hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and a passion for safety, this could be the perfect opportunity to step up and develop in a specialist role.

What You'll Be Doing:

✅ Championing and embedding a strong Health & Safety culture across the business
✅ Engaging and influencing teams to take ownership of safety practices
✅ Conducting risk assessments, audits, and investigations to drive continuous improvement
✅ Providing guidance and training on Health & Safety best practices
✅ Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies

What We're Looking For:

???? NEBOSH Qualification (Essential) - or working towards it
???? Strong emotional intelligence (EQ) and ability to engage with people at all levels
???? A proactive, driven, and hands-on approach to safety management
???? Passion for making a tangible difference and driving a cultural shift
???? Warehouse/Operations experience with a keen interest in progressing into Health & Safety
