The Role

As Head of Purchasing, you'll be responsible for:
Developing and implementing purchasing strategies across diverse product categories.
Managing stock levels across multiple warehouse locations for maximum efficiency.
Leading and mentoring Purchasing, Design & Logistics teams, driving continuous improvement.
Building and maintaining supplier relationships, negotiating the best commercial terms.
Producing and analysing reports on purchasing performance, lead times, stock aging, and movement insights.
Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Design teams to align supply chain strategies with business needs.
International travel to strengthen supplier partnerships and stay ahead of market trends.

About You

Proven experience in a senior purchasing/procurement role preferably with experience trading with China/Asia
Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
Highly analytical with experience using Excel and stock planning systems.
Ability to identify risks in the supply chain and implement proactive solutions.
Commercially astute with a results-driven approach.
Exceptional leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
