While every well organised company has a set strategy for growth and development through increased sales, there needs to be a sales team tasked with identifying openings, initiating plans and monitoring success. County Down is situated on the south-eastern side of Northern Ireland, and at its northern point contains parts of the capital city Belfast. It borders County Antrim to its north and County Armagh to its east, and to the west and south is the Irish Sea. It also shares a border with Lough in Eire. Its major towns and cities, apart from Belfast, are Newry, Bangor, Dundonald, Newtownwards, Holywood, banbridge and Downpatrick. To the east of the county is the huge Strangford Lough, where the Irish Sea is almost cut off to form a lake, except for a small inlet at Portaferry.
