Success at the Liverpool Spring Careers Fair

Our plan for this year is to double the size of our team so the fair was a fantastic opportunity for us to get out and meet with young, talented individuals that are the future of our business. We definitely stood out from the crowd with our orange stand and orange Cast UK t-shirts and we had lots of interest from students wanting to find out more about who we are and what we do. We took the chance to explain to students what a career in recruitment is really about and how graduates can develop and advance with our clear progression plan. The day at the fair proved to be a huge success as the team booked many enthusiastic students in for interviews with us over the next three weeks. It was great to meet such a mixture of students throughout the day, all from different courses and backgrounds and overall the calibre of students that we spoke to were brilliant.
