A highly motivated Warehouse Team Leader with great people skills and a hands on attitude.

Who you'll be working for:

Our client is a smaller 3PL business offering a full range of handling and fulfilment services designed to enhance its clients' marketing and promotional supply chains throughout an ecommerce B2B and B2C client range.

You will join their busy Monday to Friday operation in an exciting time of growth and future proofing to ensure their sustained success.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading a small team of operatives.
• Managing and maintaining stock accuracy within the warehouse.
• Conducting regular stock checks.
• Ensuring Picking, Packing and Production Operations are carried out efficiently.
• Creating a safe working environment for all operatives within the warehouse.

What we need from you:

• Experience of working within a high-volume warehouse environment
• Excellent person-management experience
• Computer literate and willing to learn new systems.
• Commitment to learning and development of the team and yourself.
