Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks.
• Manage and process sales orders efficiently.
• Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and reports.
• Support in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contract management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a sales support, administration, or customer service role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A proactive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
