Role Profile

Based in Feltham Area, Cast UK's client is looking to strengthen its Logistics team with the recruitment of a Reverse Logistics Co-ordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for Reverse Co-ordinating shipments from their warehouse back to suppliers, working closely with Project Management, Logistics, and members of Senior Management.

• Provide an excellent service to all stakeholder's involved with the export of controlled/dual use goods

• The position co-ordinates shipments from procurement of devices through to delivery and on-site installation

• Working closely with Project Management, Logistics and Senior Stakeholders providing export compliance through to freight partners managing the import and delivery.

• Ad hoc tasks as required

Skills & Experience

• Cisco RMA operations experience
• Basic spreadsheet skills
• Understanding of ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Navision, and proficiency to learn new systems to fulfil the role
• Stock management and logistics co-ordination
• Logistics experience - perhaps worked for a freight forwarder / 3PL provider or carried out administrative work (in shipping) and in the warehouse (intake, pick and despatch routines)
• Work on own initiative, be well organised, quick to learn and used to tight deadlines
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Remuneration
£25,000 - £28,000
