We're seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to drive sales and foster strong relationships with clients across the Central Belt of Scotland. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving business renowned for innovation and excellence in its field.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Build, nurture, and expand relationships with both existing and new customers across Scotland.
  • Drive sales growth by promoting a diverse range of exciting products to new and existing clients.
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to achieve ambitious regional targets.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and deliver consultative sales solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Play a pivotal role in contributing to the overall success and growth of the business.

What We're Looking For?

  • Proven sales experience in Food & Drink, Retail, or similar fast-paced industries.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to quickly analyse and act on information.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude and a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated success in new business development and managing a diverse customer portfolio.
  • A full UK driving licence (company car provided).
