We're recruiting a National Key Account Manager. You'll join the business and inherit key customers and be expected to nurture and develop these accounts while also working on bringing on your own business.

What will I be doing?

To give a brief overview of the day to day:

  • Experience in relationship management, delivering consistent and professional advice and support. Drive client retention, expansion, upselling and satisfaction.
  • A motivated, persuasive, and confident approach to review meetings and client analytics.
  • A focus on relationships, able to gain trust through communication, expectation setting and completion of planned deliverables.
  • A keen attention to detail and proven track record of both revenue and margin delivery.
