Learning & Development Co-ordinator
Are you passionate about supporting employee growth & development?
We are looking for an organised and proactive Learning & Development Co-ordinator to join our client. This role offers the opportunity to coordinate and enhance training and development initiatives across a group of companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and coordinate cost-effective training and development activities.
- Develop and manage onboarding programmes for new starters and internal movers.
- Support the creation and maintenance of skills matrices and training schedules.
- Build and maintain relationships with external training providers and internal teams.
- Assist with apprenticeship training plans, college reviews, and progress monitoring.
- Promote continuous professional development across the organisation.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a training and development role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of apprenticeship programmes is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and databases.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive and hands-on approach to learning and development.
- A relevant CIPD qualification is advantageous but not essential.
