Our client is a fast-growing, international printing services provider, proudly serving customers across the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Sweden, Japan, and Spain. As they continue to expand globally, they are seeking a Fractional Chief People Officer (CPO) to guide their people strategy and HR operations during this exciting phase of transformation.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Shape and execute a people strategy aligned with our global growth goals.
- Partner with the executive team to scale culture, capability, and people operations across international teams.
- Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and development to meet expansion demands.
- Drive employee engagement and develop high-performance cultures across diverse geographies.
- Ensure legal and cultural compliance across all regions including the UK, Europe, North America, and APAC.
- Oversee HR processes, systems and policies that will scale as we grow.
- Provide strategic support to managers on performance management, DEI, succession planning, and organisational design.
About You:
- Proven experience as a CPO or senior HR leader in a scaling, international business.
- Strong understanding of employment law across multiple territories (UK essential, others desirable).
- Confident leading change, transformation, and developing global HR functions.
- Commercial mindset - able to connect people strategies with business performance.
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence at board level.
- Experience in creative, tech, or B2B service sectors is a bonus.
- Able to commit to a flexible fractional role, approximately 2-3 days per week.
