Fractional CFO

We are currently working with an International business, based in the Hertfordshire area. This role will be on a fractional basis of 2 days per week for 6 months and then moving to 2-3 days per month. This position with work directly with the CEO to help with the growth plans and financial strategy of the business.

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with business objectives and private equity goals. Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Oversee financial operations including accounting, treasury, tax, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
• Implement performance KPIs to track business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team alongside the current Head of Finance, promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Profile Requirements:

• Proven experience as CFO or senior financial leader in a growing environment.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience in managing relationships across the business in various geographical locations.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
