Role Profile
Fabulous chance for those passionate about Continuous Improvement to begin their journey to professional CI accreditation and practical experience, with the support of this fantastic manufacturing operation.
We are seeking engaging and enthusiastic individuals with wide-ranging experience in production/assembly environments to be responsible for analysing current practices whilst working alongside the team to understand opportunities for improvements and efficiencies. Moving forward the successful candidate will be trained in all aspects of Continuous Improvement methodologies, whilst ultimately being responsible for presenting ideas for change back to stakeholders at all levels.

Key Accountabilities
- Develop a sound understanding of CI tools and techniques
- Facilitate Kaizen workshops
- Train, mentor and guide team members in new processes
- Assist in creating and maintaining accurate standard operating procedures
- Confidence in dealing with external and internal stakeholders
- Give regular feedback and presentations to employees to enhance productivity and staff satisfaction
You will need
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build relationships and coach staff
- Confidence to influence at all levels of the operation
Full training will be provided to those with the desire and drive to develop a career in Continuous Improvement.
