However, others, particularly smaller companies, often consider experienced business transformation managers who have overseen complex and successful transformation projects, ideally within the same sector.

To the east of the county is the huge Strangford Lough, where the Irish Sea is almost cut off to form a lake, except for a small inlet at Portaferry.
