Are you a dynamic HR professional with a passion for supporting business success through people? Do you have a proven track record in the Distribution/Logistics sector? If so, I want to hear from you!

I am seeking an experienced Regional HR Manager to join a well established business in the West Midlands. In this critical role, you will provide HR leadership across multiple sites, ensuring that our people strategy aligns with business objectives and supports operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic HR support to the regional leadership team, influencing and guiding business decisions.
  • Lead on employee relations, recruitment, talent management, and performance development across the region.
  • Oversee and manage the delivery of HR services, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Drive engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture to retain and develop top talent.
  • Partner with site managers to deliver HR solutions that meet operational needs and drive efficiency.
  • Implement and monitor HR KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement of HR processes and outcomes.
  • Manage regional HR projects and initiatives aligned with business goals.

About You:

  • Proven experience in a similar HR leadership role within the Distribution/Logistics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practices in HR management.
  • Exceptional people management and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A results-driven approach with a passion for building high-performing teams.
  • Full UK driving licence is required as travel to regional sites will be expected.
